Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license. A valid payment method is required to complete booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation that does not meet our requirements. A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings.
All bookings require insurance coverage on the rental vehicle (comprehensive) liability only is not sufficient coverage. Depending on the vehicle, you may: Purchase insurance directly on our website, or Use coverage through Roamly Insurance Insurance options are clearly shown during checkout.
Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns may result in additional charges. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear. If you need more time, request an extension before your scheduled return.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. If returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply.
Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance. Additional miles will be charged at a fixed rate. Specific limits and rates will be provided at the time of booking.
Vehicles are delivered clean and ready for use. Please return the vehicle in reasonable condition. Excessive dirt, stains, odors, or damage may result in additional cleaning or restoration fees.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed in any vehicle. Evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee.
Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Renters are responsible for any cleaning or damage caused by pets.
Cancellations must be made in advance to qualify for a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
Renters are responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period. All incidents must be reported immediately. Additional charges may apply depending on the extent of damage.
Vehicles may not be used for racing, reckless driving, off-road use (unless approved), commercial or delivery services, or any illegal activity. Violation of these terms may result in termination of the rental without refund.
