Damage to Vehicle: You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. You must report any accidents, theft, or damage to us immediately.

Liability: The renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle, third-party property, or injury to any person resulting from negligence, improper use, or failure to adhere to the terms of this Agreement.

Third-Party Insurance: Your personal car insurance policy or credit card may provide coverage for rental vehicles. It is your responsibility to verify and understand your personal coverage.
